Booking process:

2. Alternatively, you can click here www.trikayoga.co.uk/pages/retreats if you are ready to book your retreat with us!

3. You will be prompted to book with Trika Yoga, our yoga studio based in Bristol, UK.

4. Once the deposit payment of £200 has been made, your place is all booked and we will get in touch closer to the time for payment for the remainder for your place. Please note that your deposit is unrefundable, so please make sure you can attend before making a booking.

Cancellation policies:

If something comes up and you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as far ahead as possible so we can offer the space to someone else. We cannot offer any refunds to your deposit or the remainder of your retreat payment once your booking is made. Please make sure you have made necessary arrangements to ensure you can attend. However if you can't attend and if we / you can find someone to fill the space in your place, we can offer you a partial refund. See more in detail below. We will contact you around 2 months before the departure date for the remainder of the payment for the retreat.

For cancellations:
• 60 days or more beforehand, the balance is refunded but we will retain your deposit of £200. 
• In any other circumstances, full payment for your place will be taken as though as you have attended.
• Please note that the retreat deposit is not refundable once paid.

If we need to cancel the retreat:
We have very rarely done this, with the exception of the Covid19 pandemic. Should we need to cancel the event for any unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know as far ahead as possible and offer a 100% refund.
