This retreat aims to nourish you with hearty, delicious food, energising and relaxing yoga sessions, and daily 30 minute massages through the retreat, that works on different areas of the body over long weekend. Leave feeling like you have recharged and feel spacious and relaxed in your body.

What to expect
Mornings
Homemade granola, yoghurts, toast, nut butters, jams, coffees, teas will be laid out for you if you tend to get hungry right after waking
8.30/9am: Our Morning Yoga Session
10.30am: Brunch is served
Afternoons
From 12 / 1pm, some massages begin. We will check with you each day about preferences of timing for you.
2-3pm: A savoury / sweet option for an afternoon tea will be laid out for you to have whenever you wish
Evenings
6-6.30pm: A rest and wind down class (on one night we will rest with an after dinner, pre-bedtime yoga nidra)
7.30pm: Dinner, with dessert and wine
The food
Our food on retreats are hearty and tasty! We will be making you brunch, a sweet / savoury afternoon snack (with teas and coffees), dinner with wine and a desert everyday. 💕
The yoga
Our yoga sessions on this retreat will be a mixture of styles! We always tailor the sessions to the group who are attending and ask about your individual and group needs when we start the retreat. Generally, our morning sessions aim to energise and calm, and our evening sessions on this particular retreat will be all about gentle movement and will mainly be floor based. Some nights we will get cosy with a Yoga Nidra after dinner to wind you down for the evening.
A sample yoga schedule on this retreat;
Thursday: 30-40 minute restful evening yoga
Friday: 60 minute morning session + 30 minute Yin and restorative session
Saturday: 75 minute morning session
Sunday: 60 minute morning session + 40-60 minute pre-bed Yoga Nidra
Monday: 20 minute morning session (our departure morning)
Stated as a sample schedule as we will check in with you on the retreat about how everyone is feeling! Sessions timings, style and days can be moved around, depending on the groups energy and needs :)
The massages
We are so excited to bring yoga and massage together on this retreat. Each day’s massage will aim to ease off tension from different areas in the body. We will start our massages shortly after brunch, and discuss with you about timings on the day or the evening before!
Our massage schedule;
Friday: Head, Neck and Shoulder massage
Saturday: Upper, Lower Back and Arms massage
Sunday: Hips, Legs, and Foot massage
How to get here
Car
We will be driving to the retreat, which is a straightforward 2 / 2.5 hour drive from Bristol, in the hamlet of Watermouth on the North Devon coast. Nearer to the retreat date, we will get in touch about car shares, and send address details!

We have a few pricing options available:
• Smallest twin sharing room: £535 (2 places available)
• Super King room to yourself: £650 (1 place available)
• Twin sharing room with added large conservatory snug with sea view: £585 (taken!)
• Private room with a bath and added large conservatory balcony with sea view: £665 (unavailable, taken!)
• Twin sharing room: £555 (1 space available)
• Very large master room with private snug with vantage point sea view, as a 2 people sharing a superking bed: £685 (2 spaces available).
Or as a private room to yourself (it’s huge!): £1200
Option to add a tall large double airbed (we’ve tested it - it’s comfy!) to the room to make it a triple sharing: £355 for this extra option.
Prices above are pp. A twin sharing room denotes two beds in a shared room. All rooms are en suite and have their own toilet and shower.
